Administrative Assistant/Data Processing Clerk Required

Full-time administrative team member sought for professional environment in our Dauphin Office.

The role of the Administrative Assistant/Data Processing Clerk will be working to support our team with administrative tasks.  Key responsibilities will be greeting and directing clients, directing incoming calls, filing, mail, correspondence, accounts payable, accounts receivable, data and payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will have completed some technical training or have experience in the field.  Possess strong attention to detail and have a pleasant, professional demeanor.  Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and should have excellent data entry speeds, accuracy and attention to detail.  Working knowledge of Quickbooks would also be an asset but are willing to train.
